Due to too many people who simply do not show up or cancel at the last minute, I am forced to start charging a booking fee of 45.- (short trekking) / 75.- (long trekking) per booked person. The booking fee is deducted when paying for the tour. The booking fee is not refundable if a cancellation is made closer to 7 days before the tour.
Important things to consider before the tour: – if you booked a long trekking – let us know early if anyone has a food allergy (coffee included) – clothes and shoes according to the weather – arrive on time – preferably a few minutes before the scheduled time – (winter road conditions, motion sick children, GPS that is malfunctioning, …) – there is no possibility to take a stroller on the tours – no more people than booked
